What we do

Seven disciplines, one accountable team

Most clients start with one and expand. Nothing is siloed — the SEO strategist and the paid lead sit in the same weekly review.

All services

SEO

Compounding organic demand, engineered.

Technical fixes, topical authority and digital PR that move the pages which actually convert — not the ones that only look good in a rank tracker.

Explore SEO

Social Media

Presence that earns attention, not just a filled calendar.

Organic social built around a point of view — short-form video, founder-led content and community management that turns followers into a pipeline source.

Explore Social Media

Performance Marketing

Every dollar accounted for, down to the creative.

Google, Meta, LinkedIn and programmatic managed against blended CAC and contribution margin, with measurement clean enough that you can trust the number.

Explore Performance Marketing

Content

Content with a job description.

Editorial, thought leadership and sales enablement content written by people who understand your category, mapped to search demand and the questions that stall deals.

Explore Content

Web Development

Marketing sites that load fast and convert better.

Fast, accessible, CMS-backed marketing sites built on Next.js — designed for conversion and handed over with documentation your team can actually use.

Explore Web Development

Web Apps

Product engineering for tools that carry real load.

Customer portals, internal tools, dashboards and SaaS MVPs, built on a deliberately boring stack and handed over tested and documented.

Explore Web Apps

Shopify

Storefronts built for AOV, not just aesthetics.

Custom Shopify and Shopify Plus builds, headless storefronts, app development and CRO, with speed and merchandising treated as first-class concerns.

Why Surgemint

The difference is what we refuse to do

Plenty of agencies can run a campaign. Fewer will tell you when the campaign is the wrong answer.

  • Measurement before spend

Nothing scales until tracking is trustworthy. We fix attribution in month one, even when it makes our own numbers look worse.

  • Senior people on the account

The strategist who pitches you is the strategist who runs your account. No bait and switch to a junior in week three.

  • We will tell you to spend less

If a channel is not incremental we say so and reallocate. We have cut our own retainer twice when the scope no longer justified it.

  • Engineering in-house

Landing pages, site fixes and tracking implementation happen on our side. You are never waiting on a third-party developer.

  • Reporting you can defend

Blended CAC, pipeline contribution and quarterly incrementality tests. Numbers that survive a conversation with your CFO.

  • You own everything

Accounts, data, code, creative files and documentation. If we part ways you keep the whole system, working.

How we work

A predictable first ninety days

No mystery, no six-week onboarding where nothing ships.

  1. 01

    Days 1-14 · Diagnose

Analytics forensics, technical audit, competitive review and stakeholder interviews. You get the findings whether or not you continue.

  2. 02

    Days 15-30 · Fix measurement

Server-side tracking, event schema, conversion definitions and a dashboard your finance team agrees with.

  3. 03

Days 31-60 · Ship the first wave

The highest-impact fixes and the first production content or creative. Real work in market, not a strategy deck.

  4. 04

Days 61-90 · Establish the cadence

Weekly test velocity, monthly reviews and a rolling roadmap you can see three months into.

What clients say

The reviews we did not edit

  • “We had been through two agencies that reported on impressions. Surgemint rebuilt our tracking in the first three weeks and then told us, with a straight face, that a third of our spend was buying clicks we already owned organically. Cutting it lifted revenue. That is the whole relationship in one story.”

Blended CAC down 41% in two quarters

    Dana OkaforVP Marketing, Northwind Supply
  • “The replatform was the least stressful launch I have been part of. Zero downtime, redirects mapped properly, and our merchandising team can now build a landing page in an afternoon without filing a ticket.”

Conversion rate +31%, mobile LCP 1.4s

Marcus LiuHead of Ecommerce, Alder & Vine
  • “Healthcare content is a minefield and most agencies either write something legally unusable or something nobody wants to read. Surgemint gave us both a clinical reviewer in the workflow and articles that actually rank. Organic is now our second-largest patient acquisition channel.”

4.2x organic patient enquiries in 11 months

Dr. Priya RamanChief Medical Officer, Kestrel Health
  • “They shipped our customer portal in eleven weeks with tests, docs and a handover session our engineers did not roll their eyes at. Six months later we have added three features ourselves without calling them. That is what a good handover looks like.”

Portal live in 11 weeks, 78% test coverage

    Sofia BergCTO, Marlow Fintech
  • “Our social was a graveyard of product shots. They found an angle — repair and longevity — that fits what we actually believe, and the content took off. Two of our best-performing paid creatives started life as organic Reels.”

Questions

Answers before you ask

Still unclear on something? Ask us directly — we answer these properly rather than routing you to a sales call.

Ask a question
What exactly does Surgemint do?
We build and run the acquisition system for growing companies: SEO, paid media, social, content, and the website or application it all runs on. Some clients use us for one channel, most use us for three or four, and a few hand us the whole thing.
What size company do you work best with?
Our sweet spot is $2M to $50M in revenue, with an in-house marketing team of one to eight people. Below that, a single-channel Launch retainer usually makes more sense than a full programme. Above that, we typically work alongside an internal team rather than replacing it.
Am I locked into a long contract?
Launch is a three-month initial term, Growth is six months and Scale is twelve. After the initial term everything moves to a rolling monthly agreement with 30 days notice. The initial terms exist because nothing meaningful in SEO or creative testing happens in four weeks, not because we want to trap you.
Who actually does the work?
The people named on our About page, plus a small bench of vetted specialists for production overflow. You will not be sold by a director and then handed to a junior. The strategist in your pitch is the strategist on your account.
How do you report on results?
Every client gets a live dashboard plus a monthly call where we walk through what we did, what moved, and what failed. We report on pipeline and revenue where the data allows it, and we say so plainly when attribution is uncertain rather than picking the flattering model.
How does an engagement start?
A 30-minute intro call, then a paid or free audit depending on scope, then a proposal with a defined scope, timeline and price. From first call to kickoff is usually two to three weeks.
